    • 50% Booking Fee:
      An upfront payment of 50% is required to secure your start date and initiate the project process. This fee is non-refundable.

      The remaining balance is due upon final approval, prior to the delivery of all source files (AI, EPS, PNG, etc.).

PROCESS

1. INQUIRY & DISCOVERY

You’ll fill out a short contact form, and we’ll conduct an initial written consultation to confirm scope alignment and ensure your brand vision is clearly understood.

2. BOOKING & STRATEGY PREP

Once we agree to move forward, you’ll receive the proposal, contract, and 50% booking fee invoice. You’ll also receive our "Brand Questionnaire" to officially launch the project and gather all necessary creative input.

3. VISUAL DIRECTION & MOOD BOARD

Based on your questionnaire responses, I’ll create a mood board to define the visual tone, color palette, and overall direction. This ensures we are perfectly aligned before design work begins.

4. DESIGN & FOCUSED REVISIONS

Using the approved mood board, I’ll begin designing your brand visuals. Two focused revision rounds are included to refine your brand assets based on your written feedback, ensuring precision and alignment with project goals.

5. FINAL HANDOFF & LAUNCH

When everything’s finalized, and the 50% final payment is received, I’ll deliver your brand files, style guide, and launch tips so you can move forward confidently. And of course — I'll be here if you need anything later on! I offer 30 days of email support post-handover for any file or technical questions.
